The Students & insights step lists everyone in the course: name and email, how they got in (Purchased / Manual / Imported), status, enrollment date, and what they paid. Click a row to expand the student’s detail: overall progress, per-lesson completion (including watch-verified marks), quiz attempts with scores, and their certificate.

Add student enrolls someone for free — useful for team members, VIPs or migrated learners. New email addresses receive a sign-in link to claim the enrollment. Behind the scenes it’s recorded as a $0 order, so reporting stays honest.

The ↩ button on a paid row refunds the full purchase through Stripe and revokes the enrollment. It asks for confirmation (and your passkey, if registered) and can’t be undone — the student would simply buy again. Refunded rows keep a “refunded” badge for the record.

In a student’s detail panel you can download their certificate PDF, retry a stuck PDF render, or — for misuse — revoke the certificate, after which its public verification page shows it as revoked.

The funnel shows where learners are on the journey — Enrolled → Started a lesson → Completed all lessons → Passed the quiz → Certificate issued — with the overall completion rate. A big drop between two stages tells you which part of the course to improve. The usage card adds 30-day activity: events, unique learners and unique IPs (your own admin visits are excluded, so reach means real learners).
