Signing in — email codes and passkeys

Courses live at each school’s own address — something like yourschool.klickcourse.com — and that is where you sign in. klickcourse.com itself has no sign-in: it is the product’s marketing site, and your account does not exist there. If you are not sure of the address, it is the one the course was shared from. Checking a certificate needs no account at all — just open the verification link printed on it.

There is nothing to remember (or leak): you sign in with your email address alone. Enter it on the sign-in page, accept the privacy policy and terms, and press Email me a sign-in code. Within a minute you’ll receive an email containing a 6-digit code.

Back on the sign-in page, type the code from the newest email and press Sign in. Codes are single-use and expire after 10 minutes; if yours has expired, press Resend code and use the freshest one. Requested several? Only the most recent code is valid.

On purpose. Corporate email security “visits” every link in an incoming message to check it — which would consume your single-use sign-in link before you ever clicked it, and which also gets the message itself held back as suspicious. So the email carries nothing but the code: no links, no images, no tracking. Type it in and you’re through.

Passkeys here are an extra security layer for course-creator accounts, not a sign-in method: admins can register one under Admin → Security, after which sensitive actions (refunds, credential changes) ask for a fingerprint/Face ID confirmation.
